Pilot actions carried out in the clusters during the PREFER project will be developed through a public private cooperation with local stakeholders. In every pilot district is instituted a Pilot Group aimed to share the best way to carry out the pilot actions.

Every Pilot Group approved a Regulation to manage PREFER activities.
